Thank you for creating a very informative web site, and for creating
awareness about the issue.

We at Querciabella (www.querciabella.com) have been producing vegetarian
wines for years. And now, for the past eight years, we have been producing
exclusively vegan wines. Unfortunately, Italian laws did not permit the use
of seaweed derivatives for fining until a short while ago.

We are a fully biodynamic estate, 100% of our vineyards certified organic,
and we do not permit hunting in our property. We only host vegetarian events
at the winery, and we do not sponsor any event outside our winery if the
menu is not vegetarian. Our wines are distributed in the UK by Pol Roger
